Coming Home to Bliss

Perhaps this is ananda.

Perhaps every time we step onto the mat, every time we breathe with awareness, every time we rest in stillness and meet ourselves with acceptance, we dip into that timeless well of ananda that lives within.

Yoga is not about chasing bliss.

It is about remembering that bliss has always been ours.

It is easy for the story of yoga to slip into the language of fixing and healing, as if we were something broken, something to be mended.

But yoga is not just a remedy for what is wrong; it is also return to what is right within us—our strength, our clarity, our joy.
