Hisham Isa


More than twenty five years ago, yoga gave me something I didn't know I was missing - restful sleep, a quieter mind, and the simple relief of feeling at home in my body. What started as a break from office life became a life's work.
I hold 200hr and 300hr yoga certifications and am trained in Abhyanga - the Ayurvedic practice of therapeutic touch. My classes are breath-led, gentle and genuinely challenging, working with the body's own intelligence to address back pain, postural imbalances, and the kind of deep fatigue that no amount of rest seems to fix.
My 90-minute sessions blend spinal health, pelvic strength, and nervous system regulation into sequences that are safe, accessible, and quietly demanding. Suitable for beginners. Rewarding for experienced practitioners.
You don't need to become someone new. You need to remember what's already there.
