Biography
Hisham Isa

I took my first beginner lesson in 2001. I wasn't looking for practice - just some relief after too many hours at a desk. Yoga gave me something I didn't know I was missing - restful sleep and a quieter mind. That kept me returning to the mat, long before it became a practice.
By mid-2010, that habit had become a calling, and I taught my first class. Since then, my training has deepened steadily: 200hr and 300hr certifications, study in Abhyanga, the Ayurvedic art of therapeutic massage, and years of grounding in the Sivananda lineage.
My 90-minute sessions blend spinal health, pelvic strength, and nervous system regulation into sequences that are safe, accessible, and quietly demanding. Suitable for beginners. Rewarding for experienced practitioners.
