Using gentle movements and guided breathing, we settle the system and bring awareness to the spine and hips.

For bodies carrying the load of daily life.

Clear sequences of standing and floor-based poses stretch, strengthen, and restore balance across the whole body.

Targeted work supports joint stability, improves range of motion, and reduces unnecessary strain.

We close with extended relaxation, allowing your breathing to deepen and your system to absorb the work - often leaving you lighter, clearer, and more at ease.
