Spine and Hip Strength

Join our daily yoga classes at Cenang Muay Thai Gym to learn how to strengthen your spine and hips, reduce aches and pains, and improve your mobility for daily tasks.

Our classes are 90-minutes long featuring :-

  • Deep relaxation to improve oxygen levels.

  • Simple methods of posture, movement and breathing for a whole body stretch.

  • Safe, accessible and effective sequence of poses to practise for spinal health.

Class passes are RM70 per session or RM 400 for up to 20 sessions per calendar month.

Please register as the class is limited to 5 participants so each gets the individual attention they need.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal three hours before the practice. 

Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.
