Therapeutic Yoga for Whole-Body Mobility

This is a 90-minute, breath-led yoga  class designed to improve spine and hip strength, reduce back pain, and restore mobility. Using simple, structured sequences, the class helps you move with less effort and more support in daily life.

What you will learn

Gentle movements and guided breathing to settle the system and bring awareness to the spine and hips.

Clear sequences of standing and floor-based poses to stretch, strengthen, and restore balance across the whole body.

Targeted work to support joint stability, improve range of motion, and reduce unnecessary strain.

Extended relaxation, allowing your breathing to deepen and your system to absorb the work.

Please register in advance, as classes are kept small to allow for individual attention. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal for a few hours beforehand. Mats are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own. A towel and some water will help you stay comfortable throughout the session.
