Find Someone Who Can See You Move
Written articles can give you a way of understanding what's happening in the spine, the hips, the breath. They can't give you the practice. Understanding a movement and doing it are different acts, and no sentence, however well crafted, can carry you across.
Writing about asana practice means translating movement into language, and something is always lost in translation.
That crossing happens in your own body, slowly, through sensation and feedback. Use the writing as a map: it can tell you where the terrain is, not how it feels to walk it.
If you have a diagnosed condition, or pain that persists, find someone who can see you move.
