Stress Management Workshop
A little bit of stress can motivate us to tackle life’s challenges, but chronic stress can take a toll on our physical and mental well-being, leaving us feeling tense, tired, and unwell.
In this 3-hour workshop, we will explore mindful breathing, relaxation techniques, and Hatha Yoga poses that help reduce and manage stress. These practices can lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate, and release accumulated tension - particularly in areas of the body that commonly hold chronic stress, such as the neck, shoulders, and back.
The practice is designed to release accumulated tension in the body with a focus on those areas that frequently hold chronic stress; that often make us feel tense, sore and tired.
While these techniques empower us to break the vicious cycle of stress and pain, they also encourage acceptance of life's natural ups and downs and the emotions that come with them.
