This is a 75-minute, breath-led yoga class designed to improve spine and hip strength, reduce back pain, and restore mobility. Using simple, structured sequences, the class helps you move with less effort and more support in daily life.

Please register in advance, as classes are kept small to allow for individual attention. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal for a few hours beforehand. Mats are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own. A towel and some water will help you stay comfortable throughout the session.
