Backpain Management Workshop
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek medical help or miss work. In some cases, pain can make it difficult to walk, sleep or do everyday activities.
If you are prone to lower-back pain or looking for ways to keep your lower-back healthy, join us for this 3-hour workshop on how to manage it through the techniques of Hatha yoga.
What you will learn
Relaxation exercises to relieve lower back pain.
Safe yoga poses to improve back health.
How to move from your core for strength & energy.
How to safely develop spine and hip flexibility.
Stretches that help to relax the affected muscles.
Learn postures to build a daily home practice.
Workshop structure
Short introduction on the most common causes of back pain.
Simple methods of posture, movement and breathing that can relieve back pain.
Safe, accessible and effective sequence of poses to practice for back health.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal three hours before the workshop.

We are based in Langkawi, Malaysia (since Oct. `23) and our classes are now run at :-

Cancellation Policy
You will receive payment details by email when you register. Please make full payment at your earliest convenience to secure your booking.
There will be no refunds for cancellations to your bookings, but feel free to nominate a proxy if you are unable to attend.
No refunds will be issued if you decide to leave the workshop early for any reason.
If for any reason we need to cancel the workshop, we will send all participants a full refund.
